Our Design Process

At design refuge we want you to know exactly what is involved in the process we follow for creating your unique project. The design process is customer centric throughout and we will never move on through it until your expectations are surpassed at every stage.

After you make an enquiry you will recieve an estimate within 48 hours. Following acceptance and any clarification needed from this we'll agree a statement of work with you so we know exactly what's expected of us.

The first design stage in any of our projects is to create a static concept design following as much input as possible from you and modifying any design or aspect of our work as necessary until it's exactly as you want it to be.

We'll then put those designs, logos, web applications etc into reality, a prototype mock up of the real thing. Again we introduce another approval loop to perfect the web or print media before go-live or printing and you won't pay us a penny until you're delighted with the end result.
